These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voranik website (voranik.com) and the AI automation services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Voranik builds, hosts, and maintains custom AI automation workflows and messaging agents for businesses, including but not limited to WhatsApp automation, order management, CRM integration, and related services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate agreement between Voranik and the client.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
If you engage Voranik as a client, you are responsible for:
Setup fees and recurring maintenance fees are agreed upon before work begins. Recurring fees are billed on the agreed schedule. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms and APIs (including Meta/WhatsApp, AI model providers, and others). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.
The Voranik name, logo, website, and original materials are our property. Custom workflows built for a client are governed by the specific agreement with that client.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voranik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the terms of the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
