Data Deletion Policy

Voranik respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including data processed through WhatsApp or other Meta platforms via the automated services we operate.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, you can do either of the following:

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to hello@voranik.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the phone number or identifier associated with your messages so we can locate your data.

Option 2 — Message us on WhatsApp

Send us a WhatsApp message stating that you would like your data deleted. We will process the request and confirm once completed.

What Happens Next

  1. We will verify the request to confirm it comes from the data owner.
  2. We will locate and delete the personal data associated with you from the systems we control.
  3. We will confirm completion, typically within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete personal data such as your name, phone number, delivery address, message content, and order details held within the automated systems we operate, unless we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes).

Data Held by Business Clients

When we operate an automated agent on behalf of a business, that business may also hold copies of order or contact data in their own systems. We will forward your deletion request to the relevant business where applicable, but their own retention practices are governed by their policies.
